Usage guide
## Authentication Register at the [IEEE developer portal](https://developer.ieee.org/), create or select an application, and find the API key under **My Account**. The official query guide states that `apikey` must be appended to every query. ```bash curl "https://ieeexploreapi.ieee.org/api/v1/search/articles?querytext=machine%20learning&max_records=10&apikey=YOUR_IEEE_XPLORE_KEY" ``` Use URL encoding for all parameter values. The default response is JSON; request XML with `format=xml`. Keep the key server-side and follow IEEE Xplore API terms and quota rules.
How to use this spec
