OpenAPI spec for the ElevenLabs Text-to-Speech endpoints, compiled from the official documentation at https://elevenlabs.io/docs/api-reference (accessed 2026-06-23). This file focuses on the endpoints needed to generate Vietnamese audio: - POST /v1/text-to-speech/{voice_id} (create speech, returns a file) - POST /v1/text-to-speech/{voice_id}/stream (create speech as a stream) - GET /v2/voices (look up voice_id) - GET /v1/models (look up which models support Vietnamese) Important note on Vietnamese support: eleven_multilingual_v2 does NOT support Vietnamese. Use eleven_flash_v2_5, eleven_turbo_v2_5, or eleven_v3 instead, and set language_code = "vi".
