Google OAuth2 Authorization Code flow with PKCE. The authorization URL requests offline access and explicit consent so Google returns a refresh token and the connection keeps working past the first hour. The connected Google user must have access to the Google Ads account.
Usage guide
Connecting
- Attach this connector to your agent.
- In API Connection, click Connect and sign in with the Google account that has access to your Google Ads account.
- Click Continue to allow access to Google Ads.
You do not need a Google Cloud project, client ID or developer token.
Recommended agent instructions
Changes affect a live ad account and spend real money. Add this to your agent instructions:
- Before every change, show a preview (account, resource, each field and its exact new value), then ask the user to reply YES.
- Apply the change only after the user replies YES.
- Create new campaigns and ads in PAUSED status.
- Read customer.currency_code first; amounts are in micros (amount x 1,000,000 in the account currency).
Notes
- Accounts reached only through a manager account (MCC) may return USER_PERMISSION_DENIED.
- Disconnect anytime in the agent, or revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/connections
